What we provide for your conference

TECHNICIANS

Our professional and qualified technicians are on-hand all day during events to ensure the smooth running of equipment from well before the event starts time until the equipment has been dismantled and packed.

INTERPRETING BOOTHS

We offer both desktop and full-size booths for any occasion depending on available space.  The booths are soundproof, professional-looking, and extendable depending on the number of interpreters to be seated.  They comply with international safety standards ISO 4043 and provide a completely self-contained environment for the interpreters to work from and we can easily tuck them away discreetly from an audience ensuring they are out of the way.

CONSOLES, MIXERS, RECORDING DEVICES

A wide variety of options are available depending upon your needs and we will always come equipped with the right equipment so you don’t have to worry about it. We use state-of-the-art equipment for our interpreter’s booths, microphones, headsets, transmitters, consoles, and all other related sound and audio components.

AUDIENCE UNITS

Our preferred equipment manufacturer is Bosch and Taiden.  We provide the most up-to-date Bosch and Taiden equipment for all of our services including everything from mics to headsets to voting systems.  Again, we bring not only the right equipment but our technicians are on site all day to assist your audience so that you don’t have to worry about it on the day.

TRANSLATION BOOTH

This is a sound-proof ventilated movable booth where the interpreters sit during the event, listen to the proceedings, and do their translation magic

CENTRAL CONTROL

The high-tech including a CCU which processes audio signals, an IDESK for the translator to listen and speak, and the transmitter & radiator that send the audio to the audience

RECEIVERS & HEADSETS

This is what each delegate gets. Wireless headsets receive the audio signal  from the booth allowing the delegates to listen to the language of their choice
